Part time admin and customer service staff required


Starting Rate of Pay: £8.21 per hour - rising to circa £9.41 per hour on completion of 6 months’ probation/competency


Hours: 30 per week working a variety of 8am to 6pm, 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm shifts across the working week. Working occasional early mornings, evenings and Saturday mornings will also be required.


This is a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated team providing quality customer service to our patients. Your duties will include providing a reception service, dealing with a high volume of telephone calls and undertaking administrative duties.


You will be IT literate and have excellent customer service and organisational skills with the ability to keep calm and work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You will have the ability to work methodically, efficiently and have great attention to detail. You will be a strong team player and have excellent communication skills and understand the absolute need for confidentiality as you will be dealing with sensitive information.


NHS experience is not necessary as full training and professional development will be given.
