All consultations are by appointment and you may arrange to see your doctor by telephoning our appointments line on 01953 602220.
Alternatively, use our on-line appointments system (click on the link above for access to this). You must register to use this system, a logon and password may be obtained from reception.
Standard appointments are for 10 minutes so please bear in mind it may not be possible for your doctor to answer all of your concerns in one appointment. Please make a separate appointment if anyone else in the family wishes to be seen. Please also note that if you need anything other than a routine appointment e.g a medical, blood test, health check etc. these should not be booked online as a longer appointment will be needed.

Same Day Doctor
Our "same day" doctor will attend emergency visits or see patients that need attention in the surgery on that day (not Saturday or Monday evening). This does not substitute a routine appointment with your own doctor. The practice is constantly striving to achieve the Government’s Advance Access targets.
We have nurse practitioners who run clinics alongside the "same day" doctor. This means you can see them on the day (not Saturday or Monday evening) for minor illness/injury problems. It is not appropriate to see nurse Practitioners for on-going problems that are already being treated by your doctor.
Nurse practitioners are qualified to diagnose and prescribe medicines.
If you need advice directly from your doctor, please book a telephone call and give a telephone number where you can be contacted after 11:00am on the day of the call. The doctor will contact YOU, so it is important that you are actually available on the telephone number you leave with us so that the doctor’s time is used efficiently.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. You can go on-line via this website and use the on-line appointment booking system to cancel any appointment you have with us. You can also text CANCEL in reply to your appointment reminder text message or you can cancel at the front desk or by calling 01953 602220.
All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation, examination or procedure where they consider one is required. The chaperone may be a family member or friend, but on occasions a formal chaperone may be preferred.
Patients are advised to ask for a chaperone if required, at the time of booking an appointment, if possible, so that arrangements can be made and the appointment is not delayed in any way. The Healthcare Professional may also require a chaperone to be present for certain consultations.
