At Wymondham Medical Partnership we are committed to identifying, helping and providing information for unpaid carers who help and support a family member or friend. If someone relies on you for help with daily living, you are considered to be a carer. Recognising that you have taken on this role will allow you to access services and support.
Please register as a carer either online or by speaking to a member of staff either in person or over the phone. You will be sent a carer’s pack with useful information as well as being recorded as a carer on your medical records.
There are many organisations in Norfolk and indeed locally, providing services designed to make life easier for carers.
