Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we want to protect our patients and staff, and for your safety we are changing the way we manage your care to reduce unnecessary trips to the surgery.
It is very important that you do not attend the surgery unless invited to an appointment.
If you have symptoms associated with coronavirus, including a new continuous cough or a high temperature then please do not attend the surgery – if you live alone, you are advised to stay at home for 7 days, if you live with others stay at home for 14 days from the day the first person got symptoms – if you are unsure or your symptoms get worse then use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need further medical help and advise you what to do. Only call 111 directly, if you cannot go online, or are advised to do so by the online service.
For all other queries stay on the line to speak to a member of staff or go online and use our website. Please use our Ask The Practice A Question form for any queries you may have.
Prescriptions should be collected from your chosen pharmacy and documents can be posted or emailed to you. For your safety and the safety of our other patients, please only attend the surgery if you have been asked to come for an appointment.
