We are happy to email a copy of your vaccination history if you would find this useful. To make this request please contact us by submitting a contact the practice form.
Once you have had an initial travel consultation elsewhere, we would then be happy to provide free NHS travel injections, if needed. For all other travel vaccinations you would need to make private arrangements. The free NHS travel vaccinations are listed below:
- Hepatitis A
- Cholera
- Polio (given as a combined diptheria/tetanus/polio vaccination)
- Typhoid
Please be aware that we require written confirmation from a travel consultation company as to what their recommendations are before any injection(s) can be given.
