Surgeries run at varying times between 08:20 and 18:00

Surgery closures

Please note the Reception and Prescriptions counters are closed for lunch between 1pm and 2pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday but our phonelines remain open.

Please note the surgery closes for training purposes on Wednesdays between 12:30pm and 2pm.

Enhanced access

This practice is taking part in the provision of appointments as part of the Kett’s Oak Primary Care Network in South Norfolk. We will, therefore, be providing some pre-bookable appointments outside our normal opening hours, in addition to those detailed below. These will be scheduled on a rota basis, so please ask a receptionist for more information.

Wednesday evenings, 6:30pm to 8pm and Saturday morning, 8:30am to 11am, clinics are only for pre booked appointments and are held in the nurse wing, using the entrance at the far end of the building.

We are not able to see walk-in patients during these sessions. If you have an urgent or minor illness outside of core hours please visit the Walk-In Centre in Norwich on Rouen Road or call 111.

Prescriptions

You are unable to collect prescription forms from the surgery on Saturday mornings, all prescription forms awaiting collection are passed to Boots on Friday evenings to allow you to collect them from there.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
